Allow Setting Custom Price per Night when Adding New Booking via Admin

This is a thing that is a massive pain when I’m adding a new booking as an admin.

Many times, people will call for a reservation and will request for a better price, etc.

It’s VERY inconvenient to go through the rates, change the respective rate in order to set a custom price just for a single booking, make the booking and then revert the rate back to normal again.

Allowing the admin to set an ad-hoc custom price in the “Add New Booking” form for such cases would be ideal.
